After the 2016 Hindi film ‘Chalk N Duster’, Juhi Chawla turns teacher again for the Kannada kids film, ‘Very Good’. Now, we hear the actress will also be doing playback in Kannada for her role as a music instructor. But the musical debut is not a tall task for Juhi, who has trained as a vocalist in London, at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan under Pandit Vishwa Prakash from the Jaipurwala family, and from actress Padmini Kohlapure‘s father, Pandharinath Kolhapure. She has previously wielded the microphone for ‘Bhootnath’ with Amitabh Bachchan for the song ‘Chalo Jaane Do’ which was followed by playback for a number in the children’s film ‘Main Krishna Hu’.   “It is a lovely song with a surreal tune, something on the lines of “Humko Mann Ki Shakti Dena”. The film begins with it. The lyrics are inspired from Abraham Lincoln‘s letter to his son’s teacher. It’s a lovely song with a really nice meaning. I hope I can do a good job with it and will give it my best,” Juhi told Mirror. Will speaking in Kannada be an impediment? “I’m a tiny bit familiar with the language as early on in my career, I had done three Kannada films. Last year, I did an appearance in a Kannada song. I make the assistant director give me the word-by-word meaning of my dialogues and lyrics and hear them say it like they would and memorise them,” Juhi informs.   The Time  of  India : 2nd. June,17
