HOW BOLLYWOOD ACTRESS LARA DUTTA PRACTISES YOGA TO STAY FIT AND HEALTHY ?

In order to win innumerable battles of life on a daily basis, it is important for us to not only stay physically fit, but also mentally stable. Eating right and exercising on a regular basis might give you a healthy body, but you might not find absolute peace. However, yoga is such an art of maintaining your health, that it gives you mental peace and release all forms of stress. On this International Yoga Day, here’s a glimpse at Indian celebrities who swear by Yoga in order to stay fit and healthy.  It has been more than a decade since Lara Dutta started practising Yoga. She released her Yoga DVDs while she was religiously practising pre natal yoga during her pregnancy. It was only with the help of Yoga that she continued to stay in shape while she was pregnant. When asked about the importance of yoga in her life, Lara has earlier said, “Yoga is the best thing that happened to me. I firmly believe that yoga coupled with strength training creates a stronger, leaner and more flexible body. I have been a yoga practitioner for over 12 years and the benefits that I’ve reaped have been immense.”  The Times  of  India : 21st. June,17
