IT IS CORRECT THAT OPPOSITION PARTIES ARE UNITING TO REMOVE PM MODI WHEREAS MODI IS WORKING HARD TO REMOVE TERRORISM :

Bubbling with confidence, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said that he was not afraid of Pakistan, thieves or the corrupt thanks to the blessings of 1.25 crore people of the country.Launching a blitzkrieg on his political opponents, Prime Minister Modi said that they were uniting to remove him, but he was working hard to remove terrorism.”They are uniting to remove Modi, and Modi is working hard to remove terror. Terrorism, poverty, corruption must be removed from the country and I am working with this target only,’ he said while addressing a public rally here.”After 30 years, a complete majority government has been formed at the Centre in Delhi. Modi is a reason of trouble for many others. Hence, day and night they are working to remove Modi,” he said.Attacking Chief Minister HD Deve Gowda led Congress-JDS government in the state for not implementing the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme (PM-KSNS), he said: “Some governments think that in their state if farmers get Rs 2,000 in their account, they will start chanting Modi’s name. That is why Karnataka government and remotely controlled Chief Minister (HD Kumaraswamy) had not sent us the list of the state’s farmers. We gave financial help to farmers across the country but couldn’t to the farmers in Karnataka. No farmer of the state will forgive the state government,” he said.”They are perturbed because Modi is directly depositing money directly in the bank accounts and no one would be able to take anything from it. This is the truth of the ‘Mahamilawat’ (adulteration) of corrupt and dynastic people,” he said.”I want to tell them if they will become a wall between farmers and the Central assistance, the farmers will destroy this wall. For the vote, they take names of farmers and poor but forget them after getting votes. They don’t fulfill their own promise and are creating hurdles in the public welfare work of others,” he said.  The Rediff.com : 6th. Mar,19

Pakistan’s Supreme Court on Tuesday reinstated a ban on the airing of Indian content on local television channels. The top court set aside an earlier ruling by the Lahore High Court (LHC) and reinstated a 2016 policy of the federal government banning the transmission of Indian content on local television channels, Geo News reported.A counsel of the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) appeared in the apex court as a three-judge bench headed by Justice Gulzar Ahmad heard the case.“On October 19, 2016, PEMRA imposed a complete ban on airing Indian content on local television channels,” the counsel for the regulatory authority said. However, in 2017, the LHC lifted the ban as the federal government had no objections regarding the same, according to the official. Later, PEMRA challenged the High Court’s decision in the top court. The authority’s counsel also claimed that “Indian content had zero viewership on local television channels”.After hearing the PEMRA counsel’s arguments, the apex court set aside the LHC order and reinstated the federal government’s October 2016 policy as per which Indian content cannot be aired on local television channelsLate last month, the LHC was moved to put a complete ban on trade, exhibition and selling of Indian films in Pakistan to reciprocate a ban on Pakistani artists working in Bollywood amid tensions between the two neighbours.IANS : 5th. AIR POLLUTION BOTH OUTSIDE AND INSIDE HOME KILLS AROUND 6 LAKHS CHILDREN EVERY YEAR :

Air pollution, both outside and inside home, is a silent and invisible prolific killer responsible for premature death of 7 million people each year, including 600,000 children, according to a UN expert on environment and human rights.According to David R. Boyd, UN Special Rapporteur, more than 6 billion people, one-third of them children, are regularly inhaling air so polluted that it puts their life, health and well-being at risk.“Every hour, 800 people are dying, many after years of suffering, from cancer, respiratory illnesses or heart disease directly caused by breathing polluted air. Yet, this pandemic receives inadequate attention as these deaths are not as dramatic as those caused by other disasters or epidemics,” Boyd said during the Human Rights Council in Geneva.Boyd emphasised that air pollution is a preventable problem and gave a call to abide by their legal obligations to ensure clean air, which is essential for fulfilling the rights to life, health, water and sanitation, adequate housing, and a healthy environment.“There are many examples of good practices, such as programmes in India and Indonesia, that have helped millions of poor families switch to cleaner cooking technologies that are successfully eliminating the use of coal-fired power plants,” said Boyd.IANS : 5th.
